The Head of Growth will run the engine of marketing growth for O Positiv as a company. This is a highly strategic and analytical role for someone interested in understanding how companies can scale their revenue by orders of magnitude. This role owns performance marketing and sales activities which drive customer demand and acquire new customers for O Positiv’s line of women’s wellness products. This includes owning strategy, development, testing frameworks, execution, and analysis of performance marketing plans, including paid campaigns across social, search, and affiliate. Responsibilities will include optimizing campaign performance, coordinating new campaigns & creatives, and allocating budgets.
